BSc (Hons) Psychology; MSc Applied Psychology; Trainee Psychotherapist

I am a passionate mental health professional with a MSc in Applied Psychology (Mental Health and Psychological Therapies) and a qualification in Low-Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I have previously worked as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS, specialising in conducting mental health assessments, utilising relevant psychometrics, delivering evidence-based interventions for depression and anxiety, and adapting such interventions to meet the individualised needs of my clients, particularly those with neurodivergent conditions.

Beyond my clinical work, I have experience supporting individuals experiencing substance misuse, homelessness and suicidal ideation. I believe my mental health experience enhances my work within the world of neurodiversity due to the common link between neurodiversity and mental health difficulties, particularly anxiety disorders.

With the prevalence of ADHD and ASD rising, yet continuing to be misdiagnosed due to “invisible symptoms”, I am passionate about providing support, guidance and answers whilst ensuring a safe, warm and nonjudgemental approach.

I ensure to empower individuals (both personally and professionally) who believe they have an undiagnosed neurodivergent condition to explore this, rather than doubt themselves – I believe we know ourselves more than anyone, if only we trusted ourselves that little bit more.
